Autumn days are around the corner. Take time to release the business and experience deep rest as we transition to the fall season. Join us on Wednesday, September 17 at 7 pm for a relaxing one-hour Reiki Meditation and Yoga Nidra session designed to support deep rest, nervous system regulation, and an energetic reset.
We’ll start with a brief introduction to Reiki and Yoga Nidra, followed by gentle seated movements and breathwork to prepare the body for release and relaxation. Then, you’ll be guided into a soothing meditation as you lie down to help you enter a state of deep rest. A period of silent integration will follow, and then you’ll be softly guided back to wakefulness.
No movement or experience is required—just lay down, listen, and receive. Yoga/Pilates floor mats provided. Feel free to bring a blanket, eye pillow, or your own yoga mat for extra comfort.
Ela is a certified Usui/Holy Fire III/Karuna Reiki Master/Teacher, wellness educator, meditation facilitator, breath coach, and writer. She offers private reiki sessions, guided meditations + writing classes, and one-on-one and small group meditation + breath practice coaching.
