Reformer Pilates

New to Pilates Central Wellness? Welcome! Before attending a group reformer class, if you have little or no Pilates experience, we require a private Evaluation with one of our trained instructors. Let’s get you started. To book private equipment Pilates sessions, Balance classes and Pilates for Dancers classes, please contact us. *Please Note. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for all reformer classes, studio classes and private Pilates sessions.

• Re-Balance Reformer: Our signature reformer class, focusing on breath and Postural Restoration® concepts.

• Challenge: Building on the foundation of our Re-Balance Reformer class, with an added challenge for advanced students.

• Play!: Our multi-equipment class using the reformer, EXO chair, arc and jump board.

• Post-Rehab/Re-Balance Reformer Pilates: This class is taught by one of our trained physical therapists; many clients in this class come to us directly from physical therapy. This class will be conscious of each client’s body issues as well as the breath and PRI concepts.

• Jump! Bone Strengthening Cardio Pilates: This class is on the Reformer jumpboard. Get your cardio and strength training in at the same time! Jump class offers a safe impact for building bone density and improving overall fitness.

• Re-Balance Jump!: Taught by Donna, this class utilizes the jump board to focus on building bone density and strength.

• Chair/Reformer Pilates: Utilizes both the reformer and the chair for an optimized Pilates experience.

• Intro to Re-Balance Pilates: For new clients to our studio who have some experience in reformer Pilates or who have been doing PT with us and are ready to transition to Pilates. This class will introduce you to our Re-Balance Pilates practice to get you ready to take our regular Re-Balance classes. **Currently not being offered.

Private Pilates Offerings

Contact us to schedule Private, Duet, or Small Group Pilates.

• Private Pilates: One-on-one instruction is the best way to set you up for success in building your Pilates foundation. Your instructor will work with you to address your specific, needs, concerns, and abilities.

• Duet Pilates: Private Pilates instruction for a group of two in our Duet Studio, our instructors will customize an hour-long reformer class for your group.

• Private Small Group Pilates: Designed for private groups of three or more, one of our instructors will guide your private group in an hour-long reformer class attuned to your group’s needs.

Pink ribbon sessions

Pink Ribbon Pilates is tailored post-reconstruction training for women who are recovering from breast cancer. Please contact us to schedule a private session with one of our Pink Ribbon certified instructors.

Studio Classes

Includes classes offered in disciplines other than Pilates.

• Balance: A combination of standing balance exercises and a little bit of strengthening as it helps balance. The class will be limited to 6 attendees and we will use various equipment and the gym area.
